If you have children it’s extremely important to be more concerned about the apartment school district rather than the club house of the apartment you may be looking at.
Everyone asks about the pool, the grounds, the amenities, the pet park, but some how the schools are not high on the list. I would never assume that the schools are good, they very well may be, but doing the research is very important! You don’t want to end up being surprised that you aren’t in a satisfactory school district.
School districts do not follow city boundaries, you may live in the City of Austin but you may be in the Round Rock, Leander, Pflugerville, Eanes or other school district. If you want to be in a certain school district, that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to live in that city.
