There are many reasons you may need a short term lease, you may be building a home or you may be buying or selling a home and your closing may not occur as scheduled, or perhaps your employment contact is for an odd period. Many Austin Apartment Locators may tell you you MUST sign a years lease, what they mean is they make more money IF you sign a years lease. A short term lease may not be worth their time, at Apartments HERE we see things a little differently. Our business is referral based, so we value each and everyone no matter what your needs may be! We also have a few very nice properties that requires a 6-12 month lease term but will allow you to give 60 days notice and pay 85% of one months rent to end the lease early, no extra penalties. Please understand the choice is VERY limited, we have Cedar Park, Round Rock, Northwest Austin & South Austin. Most require 3 months, the Cedar Park requires 2 months, and the South Austin property will actually do a month to month lease! These are all NICE, NEWER properties.
